Benjamin Grass

Benjamin is the former Director of Operations for HBI. He is an energetic self-starter and a real asset to the HBI team. Ben brings years of volunteer experience in Latin America and a real passion for service. After transitioning from HBI, Ben moved into the role of Legal Program Coordinator for Innovation Law Lab. Ben is a tinkerer in constant pursuit of civic betterment. With a background in international development and hospitality, coupled with a lifelong commitment to the service of marginalized populations, Ben strives to meet people where they are – building trust to empower change. He is a coach, a cook, a runner and a rabble-rouser.
