Lidia is a trained business administrator who brings years of experience working with NGOs and volunteer groups to support our in-country connections. She grew up in the city of Arequipa and has a rich understanding of the culture, language, and unique settings of the Peruvian community. As the Program Administration, she supports all our community partnerships and identifies opportunities in key programmatic activities to drive deeper success.
