There are many ways you can get involved with HBI. We have ongoing projects offering “on the ground” volunteer experiences, planning, and project development opportunities. A few examples of ways that you might join the movement and become a bridge are:

Attend a Bridge to Change Fundraiser Event
Join us for one of our exciting A Bridge to Change events. We have events in 2024 for Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, and Wisconsin. Our A Bridge to Change events offer the HBI community a chance to learn about how your donations make a difference in the lives of vulnerable families and children in Perú. Join us – Be the Bridge!

Volunteer
Join one of our outreach teams, share your gifts and talents in underserved communities, speak at one of our conferences and trainings, or consider joining our staff for a project. Please contact us for more information.
Be the Bridge
We help to build bridges. And, we need your help to build as many bridges as possible to make the biggest impact. If you are interested in being a bridge between resources and needs, please contact us at Info@HBInt.org

Every contribution makes a difference. We are committed to transparency and tell our donors exactly where all of their contributions are used. Be an International Intern
We offer unique and career-fulfilling opportunities for students to participate directly in our work. For over 30 years, HBI has worked to build sustainable relationships in Perú by placing volunteers, interns, university students, and service-learning professionals. Do you want to participate in a research study, help teach English at our Casa Girasoles homes, or volunteer with one of many projects?
