Patrick is the Sr. Assistant Attorney General of the Environmental and Cultural Resources Enforcement Unit at the Oregon Department of Justice. He is a leader in environmental law and cultural preservation. An avid outdoors person with a zest for adventure, Patrick is an ultra-runner, former park ranger, and a capable-all-the-time MacGyver sort of person. Patrick serves as Legal Counsel for HBI.
