Lee Centrone

Lee’s diverse career background helps inform her worldview. She is the former owner of A&I Benefit Plan Administrators. She remains active in her industry, having served as chair of the Benefits Communication & Technology Committee for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plan, and speaks frequently on employee benefits at the Foundation’s Employee Benefit Plans Annual Conference and at the Trustees & Administrators Institute. Lee is also a member of the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators.

After graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and completing UCLA’s Navy ROTC program, she spent four years as a Naval Special Operations officer, specializing in deep-sea diving. Lee was one of few women in the country who earned this distinction. Following her tour of duty, she worked at insurance and financial services company MassMutual, where she obtained her knowledge of employee benefits.
